A: The physician phone consultation offered by Indox Consulting is designed to assist counsel in clearly understanding the scope of the medical issues involved and identifying the necessary areas of medical expertise required to fully evaluate and support their client’s case. |
Q: Will my medical expert testify for me at trial?
A: Yes. Your medical expert has a signed a contract with Indox Consulting to support their opinion through affidavits, deposition testimony and trial testimony if necessary.

Q: Will my medical expert testify for me at an arbitration hearing?
A: Yes. Your medical expert has signed a contract with Indox Consulting to support their opinion even at an arbitration hearing.

Q: How is my medical expert selected?
A: Medical experts are proposed by Indox Consulting only after a careful presentation of the issues involved, the parties involved and a discussion ensuring that the medical expert will be available to work with you on all stages of your case. Final approval of the reviewing medical expert is absolutely subject to your prior approval. |
Q: What if I am not happy with the medical expert proposed by Indox Consulting?
A: In that case, Indox Consulting will propose alternative experts. |
